I create wine lists, carry out wine reviews and deliver specialist wine training for the hospitality industry, improving wine profits and service for businesses.
I started my wine consultancy in 2021, after almost 20 years working in several areas of the wine industry. Working in retail to begin with, followed by sommelier work, then working in wine sales to hospitality for almost 15 years.
My main experience has been in the hospitality industry, in England. Whilst supplying hospitality venues, I built many wine lists, which has given me a vast knowledge of consumer wine tastes and what makes a successful wine list.
I have always constructed wine lists that give my clients wonderful wines, whilst also delivering a business strategy. This has always maximised spend for my clients, whilst giving their customers an interesting selection of wine.
